Qristina Bachand is quickly carving out a name for herself in the fiddle
world as a solid & versatile fiddler. Her expressive style is smooth &
clean yet rooted in tradition. She has been featured at numerous concert

delivers a spirited performance that features her enthusiasm and love of
Celtic music.
Born and raised in Victoria, British Columbia, Qristina comes from a
family with a strong musical heritage that has deep roots in France and
Northern Spain. Qristina began her musical journey with classical violin
lessons at the age of 7. She soon took an interest in folk fiddle and

O’Connor, Brian Conway, Glenn Graham, Erynn Marshall, Shannon McDade-Johnson,
Bruce Molskey, Troy MacGillivray & Paul Anderson.
